Job Summary
Are you a passionate leader ready to transform dining experiences? We're seeking a Director of Dining Services to lead our food service program at the American Leadership Academy (ALA) in Mesa, AZ. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will drive strategic initiatives and oversee daily food operations across ALAs campuses.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead and mentor a team of up to 75 frontline associates.
+ Collaborate on strategic initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability.
+ Recruit, train, and develop top talent, fostering a culture of growth and engagement.
+ Manage budgets and optimize cost controls.
+ Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
+ Build strong relationships with clients and staff to enhance service delivery.
+ Travel to ALA locations including Gilbert, Mesa, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Anthem, Florence, Apache Junction, and Sierra Vista.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Bachelors degree in Food Services Technology/Management, Hospitality, or equivalent experience preferred.
+ 3+ years of foodservice management in a high-volume setting preferred.
+ Experience with P&L accountability.
+ Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
+ Willingness to travel to all ALA campuses.
