Job Overview - Director, Financial Planning and Analysis:
Our client in Boston, MA, is seeking a Director of FP&A to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. This full-time position will lead the development of financial models, reporting structures, and provide insights to support business trends.
Compensation: $150,000 - $175,000/year + bonus
Location: South Boston, MA
Schedule: Monday to Friday (On-Site)
Responsibilities as the Director of FP&A:Data Analysis: Collect, clean, analyze, and visualize large datasets using multiple platforms and tools.Financial Modeling: Design and implement financial models and dashboards for tracking operational metrics.Collaboration: Work with leadership to analyze key drivers, forecast impacts, and provide supporting narratives.Budgeting: Lead the annual budgeting process, creating dynamic schedules for performance projections across portfolio companies.Reporting: Consolidate financial statements for all portfolio companies using NetSuite and maintain financial systems.Ad Hoc Reporting: Generate custom reports as needed to support business initiatives.Qualifications for the Director of FP&A:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Finance required.Experience: 5-7+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis.Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and other data analytics tools.Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into concise insights.Industry Experience: Background in Restaurants preferred but not required.Application Notice:Qualified candidates will be contacted within 2 business days of application.
