The DIRECTOR OF ACADEMIC PARTNERSHIPS & RESEARCH COORDINATION will lead efforts in developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with academic institutions. The Director will be responsible for identifying potential partner institutions, receiving and aggregating requests for partnerships, negotiating agreements, fostering effective communication, and managing relationships to enhance our academic affiliation to support strategic programs and initiatives at Parker. The Director will act as the primary liaison for research initiatives conducted by inter-professional teams within the organization. In partnership with executive and operational leaders, the Director will work with institutions to operationalize the objectives of each partnership (e.g., clinical placements, evidence-based practice, and quality improvement projects).

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in educational or clinical leadership related roles within higher education or practice settings.

Demonstrated understanding of health care operations.

A master's degree or higher in a relevant field (Nursing, Education, Public or Healthcare Administration) required.
