Director Of Accounting - Orderid:

Our client, a Cutting-Edge multi-dimensional Real Estate Firm, is adding a Director of Commercial Real Estate Accounting to their team.

In this role, the ideal candidate will be responsible for:

Manage Train and Develop Accounting Staff Asset Management Accounting Support Review lease abstracts for tenant leases - report on business flow and impact, expirations, etc. Review and approve set-up of all new leases and amendments/renewals to existing leases. Audit leases and billing accuracy Prepare and maintain rent rolls and revenue forecasting. Prepare Billing of reimbursable expenses Budgeting and tracking of tenant upgrades and build-outs Review/prepare annual budgets and forecasts. Quarterly reviews and annual audits. Internal control management over processing of accounting transactions. Real estate tax payments and sales & use tax returns and oversee regulatory agency audits. U.S. Federal and State income tax filings. Internal customer community includes Property Managers, Asset Managers, Joint Venture Partners and Executive team. Special projects. The position requires: 6-8+ years of Commercial Real Estate Accounting experience - warehousing/storage, distribution centers, and/or manufacturing facilities - Required Bachelors Degree Public accounting with Real Estate Clientele is preferred CPA a plus In the office daily
