The successful candidate will be tasked with organizing the work processes of new segments, hiring and supervising staff for these departments, and overseeing the creation of educational materials. Additionally, the role involves market research to identify new opportunities and the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with clients.

Applicants for the Business Development Manager position at the company must have at least 3 years' of experience in a similar role within the education industry and possess a US College Bachelor's Degree. The role requires a candidate with excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills, who is capable of building strong rapport and is committed to delivering excellence.
