About the Role The Company is seeking a Director of Business Development with a legal background, specifically in claims and/or settlement administration, class action, mass tort, or similar legal fields. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, expanding the client base, and working with senior leadership to implement growth strategies. This role requires a professional with a proven track record in relationship-building, excellent computer skills including Salesforce and MS Office applications, and the ability to consult with attorneys on notice and settlement needs. The Director of Business Development will also be involved in preparing and executing business development plans, providing proposals and responses to RFPs, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Applicants for the Director of Business Development position at the company must have a minimum of 5 years' of experience in the relevant legal areas and a strong background in managing client relationships.
