Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or another related field is required. 7+ years of Human Resources experience, including at least 5 years of leadership experience is required. Experience with design & implementation of compensation and benefit plans is desired. Experience and proficiency with HR information systems, applicant tracking systems, excel, word, and PowerPoint required. Desired certifications: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS), Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
