We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll for our top tier behavioral health facility in the Mesa, AZ area! This full time, direct hire opportunity will be mainly remote with occasional onsite required. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or another related field is required. 7+ years of Human Resources experience, including at least 5 years of leadership experience is required. Experience with design & implementation of compensation and benefit plans is desired. Experience and proficiency with HR information systems, applicant tracking systems, excel, word, and PowerPoint required. Desired certifications: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS), Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
