Position: Director of Compensation, Payroll, & Benefits
? Shifts: M-F, 8 AM - 5 PM
? Location: Primarily remote with occasional in-office work in Mesa, AZ
? Salary: $150,000 - $160,000

What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred) 7+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Strong experience in compensation and benefits design Nice to Have: Certifications like CCP, CEBS, PHR, or SPHR Financial acumen for cost-effective program implementation Why Join Us?
