About the Role The Company is seeking a Director of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) with a proven track record in the field. This role is pivotal in fully optimizing the customer journey and developing and implementing comprehensive CRO strategies to enhance conversion rates across all digital channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new customer segments and offers to facilitate the company's growth, as well as rigorously analyzing customer data to drive continuous improvement. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting A/B testing, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that all CRO activities align with the firm's business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on, in-the-weeds approach, be both strategic and tactical, and possess the ability to lead by example, demonstrating best practices and providing hands-on support.

Applicants for the Director of CRO position at the company must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the field and a proven ability to manage the full CRO pipeline for a company with a significant annual revenue. Strong analytical skills, experience with performance data analysis, and excellent communication and relationship-building abilities are essential. The role requires a candidate who is highly organized, can thrive in a fast-paced environment, and is adept at problem-solving and optimization. The Director will also be expected to provide training and support to team members, sharing insights and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
