StevenDouglas is partnered with a growing professional services company to identify a Director of Finance! This role will report up to the CFO while overseeing 1 direct report and owning the budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, and strategic analysis while acting as a business partner to leadership. The role has a flexible hybrid schedule with 3-4 days a week working from home!
Responsibilities Analyze business performance across markets working cross-functionally to maximize business results Lead the annual budgeting, reporting, analysis, planning and forecasting activities Prepare timely and accurate financial reporting Prepare Board of Directors and Monthly Performance Review presentations Partner with leadership in developing and executing business strategies Develop and integrate financial systems and functions Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance7+ years of finance experience Adaptive Planning/Workday a strong preference or those with significant implementation experience Apply today!
