Director Of Hospital Operations And Strategy

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in health administration, Nursing, business administration or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, patient care industry or similar roles.
Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Windows applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Dynamics (GP)) and Sales Force.
Knowledge in sales and marketing techniques.
Experience in Customer Service.
Leadership and project management skills
Ability to conduct research, analyze trends, data, and information to identify opportunities for improvement and assess risks.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent management and personal administration skills.
Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish).
Knowledge of regulatory and industry standards compliance.
Ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
Availability to work holidays, weekends and extended hours (if required).
