JOB SUMMARY

The Director of IT at Innovista Health Solutions is a hands-on technical leader responsible for the day-to-day management and enhancement of the organization's IT infrastructure. This includes overseeing IT Support operations, network systems, telephony, call center technologies, and driving strategic initiatives such as cloud migration, ERP integration, and infrastructure development with a focus on Core and Azure platforms. The role demands a deep technical involvement in network security, system administration, telephony, and call center solutions, alongside active participation in project execution and problem-solving.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Network and Infrastructure Management: Hands-on management of the organization's network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, switches, and routers. Configure and maintain network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and routing (static, dynamic) to ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability. Implement network monitoring tools and IDS/IPS systems to detect and respond to potential threats in real-time. Design and maintain secure site-to-site VPNs and remote access VPN solutions for seamless and secure connectivity. Telephony and Call Center Technology: Oversee and manage telephony systems, including VoIP, SIP trunking, and cloud-based telephony solutions, ensuring reliable communication for all business operations. Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot call center technologies, such as ACD (Automatic Call Distribution), IVR (Interactive Voice Response), CTI (Computer Telephony Integration), and workforce management systems. Work with vendors to implement and support cloud-based or hybrid call center solutions that optimize customer service delivery and improve call handling performance. Implement performance monitoring for call center operations, optimizing call routing, queue management, and agent productivity through technology solutions. Cloud Infrastructure and Migration: Lead hands-on efforts in cloud migration, with a focus on Azure cloud solutions. Design and configure cloud environments for performance, security, and compliance. Configure Azure services, such as virtual networks, load balancers, and Azure Active Directory, to support hybrid cloud models. Optimize cloud architecture for business applications, ensuring seamless integration with on-premise systems. ERP and Business Systems: Manage and implement ERP systems, providing hands-on expertise in configuring, customizing, and optimizing ERP modules to support business processes. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure ERP systems are integrated with telephony and call center systems, providing end-to-end visibility into operations. Troubleshoot and resolve ERP system issues, working closely with vendors and stakeholders to ensure business continuity. Systems and Server Administration: Hands-on management of Windows and Linux servers, including installation, maintenance, and optimization of Active Directory, Terminal Servers, and file servers. Manage Office365 administration (user management, Exchange, SharePoint), ensuring secure access and functionality for all users. Automate system administration tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual work. Vendor and Third-Party Management: Work closely with vendors on the implementation and maintenance of network, telephony, and call center systems. Manage third-party relationships, ensuring that vendors adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and provide solutions that align with technical and business requirements. Participate in technical validation and testing of third-party solutions, ensuring system performance and compliance with organizational standards. Project Management and Leadership: Lead complex IT projects, from network upgrades to the integration of new telephony and call center systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. Provide hands-on technical leadership to cross-functional teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high-quality results. Collaborate with the VP of Operations, CIO, COO, and market leaders to deliver IT solutions that meet evolving customer and stakeholder needs. Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. At least 7-10 years of relevant professional experience including demonstrated IT management experience required and health care or health care related organizations or ancillary insurance products (life, disability and dental) and related critical issues and challenges preferred. A minimum of 3 years of responsible leadership experiences in management positions preferred. Certifications in Microsoft Azure Cloud based managed server environment preferred Experience with Office365 administration (user management, Exchange, SharePoint), cloud-based telephony (SIP) and fax services, Windows server administration (Active Directory, Terminal server), Linux server administration, VPN (client access and site-to-site), Rackspace-managed server environment preferred. Experience with financial services or health care or health care related organizations or ancillary insurance products (life, disability and dental) and related critical issues and challenges preferred. Experience with audit and compliance. Financial and statistical analytical skills, database development/maintenance skills, and knowledge of computer systems/software applications required. Demonstrate excellent organizational skills. Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrate analytic skills when problem solving. Proficient in MS Office Applications and ability to learn department and job specific software systems. Demonstrate high attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy Able to commit to Innovista's corporate mission and values Able to switch priorities in a positive and effective manner when directed by Company leadership. Able to effectively communicate technical concepts with team members and basic business concepts with team members and internal customers. Must be comfortable working with and troubleshooting the Microsoft and Mac OS operating systems. BENEFITS
