Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff to achieve team goals. Collaborate with facility leadership to implement and maintain care plans in compliance with regulations. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of resident care and staff activities. Qualifications: Active unencumbered RN license to practice in the state of SC Previous experience in a nursing leadership role in a post-acute or long-term care setting. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
