About the Role The Company is seeking a Director of Performance Reporting for its wealth management division. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management, maintenance, and enhancement of the firm's reporting system, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of quarterly and ad hoc reports, as well as billing. This role requires a strong leader with experience in handling complex reporting and data sets within an RIA setting, with a minimum of five years of performance reporting experience and at least two years of experience with Addepar. The Director will oversee all aspects of the performance reporting system, including administrative settings, custodial data feeds, display and branding, account and client setup, fee schedule creation, and external integrations. They will also be involved in the preparation of client performance materials, and data integrity research, and will assist the compliance function with regulatory filings.
The ideal candidate for the Director of Performance Reporting position at the company will have a strong understanding of creating and interpreting performance reports for client portfolios, encompassing both public and private investments. They should be adept at dealing with large data sets and data feeds from multiple sources, ensuring minimal errors in the software system. Excellent communication skills, a high level of accuracy, and attention to detail are essential. The role also involves providing guidance on client onboarding and offboarding, supporting ad-hoc performance data requests, and collaborating with team members to enhance current processes. The Director will be a key figure in the firm, interacting with various departments and contributing to the growth and efficiency of the business.
