As the Director of SaaS Financials, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the financial performance of our SaaS operations. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy, ensuring financial sustainability, and driving profitability. This role requires a deep understanding of SaaS financial metrics, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to provide strategic insights that will guide key business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of SaaS metrics, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), revenue recognition and accounting standards, financial modeling, and strategic planning within a SaaS business model. We are looking for individuals with these qualifications to ensure the best fit for our team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute financial strategies that support the growth and profitability of our SaaS offerings. Lead financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze key SaaS financial metrics (e.g., ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV) to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Provide actionable insights to senior management.Revenue Recognition & Accounting: Oversee revenue recognition processes in compliance with relevant accounting standards (e.g., ASC 606). Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and manage financial audits.Financial Modeling: Create and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making, including scenario analysis and valuation of new initiatives.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to align financial strategies with business objectives. Provide financial guidance and support for new product launches and market expansions.Investor Relations: Prepare and present financial reports and projections to investors, board members, and other stakeholders. Ensure clear and transparent communication of financial performance and strategy.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Provide guidance and support in financial analysis and reporting. QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a SaaS environment. Proven track record of managing SaaS financial operations and driving financial performance.Skills: Strong understanding of SaaS financial metrics, revenue recognition, and financial modeling. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail. Proficient in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing teams. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments.Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and translate financial data into actionable business insights.
