About the Role The Company is seeking a Director of Sales for Retail, with a focus on national and regional Club Stores accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of account management, including building and maintaining customer relationships at all levels. The Director of Sales will be expected to achieve various sales objectives, manage joint business plans, and ensure the effective communication and implementation of strategic business plans.

Applicants for the Director of Sales position must have a minimum of 3 years experience in successfully growing national and regional Club Stores accounts. The role requires the ability to analyze account-level data, deliver fact-based presentations, and demonstrate strategic thinking in identifying and addressing long-term business issues. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing trade spend, clearing deductions, and overseeing the introduction of new items. A key competency is the ability to manage all administrative aspects of account management and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. The position demands a high level of commitment, with 50% travel, and the candidate should be prepared to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
