About the Role The Company is seeking a dynamic National Account Manager with a Hunter mentality to join their team. The focus is on aggressively growing and maintaining national account customers in the foodservice industry. The role involves targeting new and existing national accounts across various foodservice channels, utilizing different platforms for account management, and being a go-to for product knowledge. The successful candidate will be responsible for all sales activities with their assigned national account regional, including managing customer information, understanding the competitive landscape, and staying informed about industry legislation. The position also requires supporting internal and external personnel as a product expert, managing new customer onboarding, and providing various forms of customer sales support.
Applicants for this role at The Company should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in distribution, major accounts, and broker management within the paper and disposables industry, with at least 5 years' in chain and national foodservice account experience. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience is required. The candidate must possess a self-motivated Hunter mentality, have cross-channel sales experience, and be able to effectively sell. Collaboration and coordination with various teams, as well as 40% travel, are also key aspects of the position. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing customer information, be familiar with product attributes, and be able to effectively communicate and educate customers on the features, advantages, and benefits of the company's products.
