This includes candidates, clients, partner referrers, and the internal community. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving policies, processes, and product offerings to enhance the efficiency of internal recruiting operations. The role also involves supporting the growth of partner referral networks and building trust by connecting top talent with exceptional career opportunities. The Director of Search Operations will work closely with the C-suite to transform existing business practices into a scalable, AI-driven product and will be a key player in the company's mission to revolutionize the executive search industry.
