Job Description:The Director, Transaction Experiences, manages the delivery of all product and technology related initiatives that support experiences driven by transaction-level data including Statements, Recent Activity, Letters, Recurring Charges, Freeze It, and Fulfillment Kits. The selected leader will be responsible for creating a culture of effective risk management, product leadership, and data-driven decision making. Responsibilities: Responsible for driving customer experience leveraging data, analytics and technology to drive learning agendas and insights for improvement.Manages the delivery of technology related initiatives across the business including monthly installs and new innovations, products, etc.Develops, recommends and implements initiatives with technology partners to increase capabilities across the customer lifecycle.Responsible for managing applicable web insight tools to drive the business.Manages product focused team.Ensures operational and legal compliance across digital properties.
