Position Title: Director, Project Management, Medical Incubator Center, L'Oreal Research & Innovation
Location: Clark, New Jersey (Hybrid)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director for Project Management to lead and oversee projects for our newly created Medical Incubator Center (MIC) based in our Clark, New Jersey Research facility. This initiative is a collaboration between L'Oreal Research & Innovation and L'Oreal's Dermatological Beauty division to fast-track disruptive innovations for the medical aesthetic and physician dispensing channel.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage projects: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of innovation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
Facilitate collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior executives, external partners, and other internal stakeholders.
Risk management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Track project progress: Monitor project progress, prepare reports and presentations, and communicate status updates.
Manage project resources: Optimize efficiency by managing team members, budget, and tools.
Minimum Requirements:
A completed degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Technology, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
8-10+ years of relevant business experience in Project Management.
Experience in multi-disciplinary and multi-national teams.
Experience in the professional care / cosmetic industry preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
Ability to be onsite in the office as this is an essential function of the position.
Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis.
