We're embracing a hybrid work model that enables our teams to split their time between office and home. What You'll DoIn this role, you will work directly within the engineering leadership team to drive quality improvement across our suite of products and services. Success in this role is defined by the ability to define, implement, and lead a comprehensive strategy that ensures quality and customer focus is the top priority.
We are looking for someone who has both the soft skills to continue driving the quality-first mindset culture, and the technical experience to continuously push the teams and their quality process left. The ideal candidate will understand the pragmatism and crawl, walk, run approach needed to deliver high quality results in the near term, while planning and shifting the landscape to deliver significant quality breakthroughs in the long term. We are looking for a leader who won't just drive the Software Quality Organization, but also raise the bar on quality across all of SimpliSafe.
