**Job Summary:**
This is an entry-level food service position that is responsible for washing and cleaning tableware, pots, pans and cooking equipment. Responsible for all utility and/or maintenance duties in the restaurant as assigned.
**Qualifications:**
* Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred.
* Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during stressful and/or busy times.
* Must be able to use cleaning compounds and cleaning products.
* Exercise sound judgment and possess good problem solving skills.
* Ability to walk, sit and stand for long periods of time.
* Must be 18 years of age or older or in accordance of state law.
* Must be eligible to work in the United States.
* Must be able to work different shifts, including holidays, nights and weekends. **Must be able to work overtime as required.**
