D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Division IT Support. The right candidate will provide computer (hardware and software), printer, copier, and phone support for the division. The annual compensation for this role is $90,000 - $102,000, including a discretionary bonus structure, commensurate with experience.This position is on site, Monday through Friday, in the San Ramon office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Provide support to users on all applications, including DHI Sales, Microsoft Office, web tools, and any other software used throughout the divisionWork with regional and corporate staff to meet the IT needs of the divisionMaintain the copiers, phone systems, printers, computers, networks, websites, and all software applications used by the division. Provide system accessibility to all users, with minimal downtime, including Sales and Construction Manage computer software and hardware inventory, including maintenance and upgrades as well as replacement, when necessaryAdminister all user accounts and groups on all systems. This includes setting up new users, processing changes to user accounts, and terminating accounts upon employee separationWork with vendors to procure necessary equipment, services, and softwareTrain staff on all applicationsConducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the companyAbility to work overtimeAbility to travel overnight Qualifications Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or universityOne to two years of related experience and/or trainingAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applicationsProficiency with MS Office and emailAbility to sit for majority of 8-hour workday; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
