For Documentation Support services in the Utilities area.  WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT:  The Technical Part: Bachelor's Degree and three to five (3-5) years of exposure in document control within the Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry. Bilingual, Spanish and English  Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.  E xperience in: MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint Maximo  GMP The Personality Part: Our Next Piece is someone who treats everyone they meet like family, especially our resources, clients and team members. Are you ready to Be The Piece?    AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job) Receive and file all defined documents. Maintain a log of all received and removed documents. Provide copies of the original documents as required. Provide the required documents during audits. Handle data entry in computerized systems. Comply with approved filing and retention processes. Comply with all requirements and responsibilities established in the area's procedures. Basic knowledge of computerized systems, Word, and Excel. Search for information in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Prioritize management.
