For Documentation Control and Data Entry in the Utility Areas.  WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT:  The Technical Part: Associate or Bachelor's Degree and three to five (3-5) years of exposure in document control within Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry.
Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.  Bilingual, Spanish and English  E xperience in: Documentation Control.
Filing, Retention and Data Entry.  MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint ,  GMP.

   AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job) Receive and file all defined documents.
Maintain a log of all received and removed documents.
Provide copies of original documents as required.
Provide the required documents during audits.
Handle data entry in computerized systems.
Comply with approved filing and retention processes.
Comply with all requirements and responsibilities established in area procedures.
Basic knowledge of computerized systems, Word, and Excel.
Priority management.
