Door Manager

*Job Summary* As a Cellar Door Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and security of cellar doors within a designated area. This role requires a combination of technical skills and hands-on experience to ensure the proper functioning and security of cellar doors. *Responsibilities* - Utilize power tools for cellar door maintenance and repairs - Perform locksmithing tasks as needed for cellar door security - Interpret and work with schematics related to cellar door systems - Conduct frame carpentry work for cellar door installations and repairs - Assist in fixture installation to enhance the functionality of cellar doors - Participate in building and remodeling projects involving cellar doors - Execute trim carpentry tasks to ensure proper finishing of cellar door frames - Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot cellar door issues effectively - Conduct drywall repairs and maintenance as required for cellar doors *Skills* - Proficiency in using power tools for maintenance tasks - Experience in locksmithing for security purposes - Ability to read and interpret schematics related to door systems - Knowledge of frame carpentry techniques for door installations - Familiarity with fixture installation to improve door functionality - Experience in building, remodeling, and trim carpentry work - Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting technical issues - Skill in drywall repair and maintenance for doors
