LabChemS Corp (LCC) is a leading company in consulting services, laboratories and support resources for the medical and pharmaceutical device industries in Puerto Rico. We are searching for a Drafter to service one of our principal clients in San Germán.
Drafter – San Germán
Provides drafting, design and records services to all the technical disciplines in the Engineering Department, including preparation, maintenance, distribution and control of all pertinent engineering design and construction drawings including specifications and equipment files and lists. Coordinates with the different plant functions, the support required for the implementation of Engineering Projects. Assists in the different phases of design and engineering/construction projects as required. Ensure proper engineering drawing control, CAD system and Engineering drawing Logbook maintenance to assure FDA compliance.
Requirements
Technical, Associates or Bachelor's degree with at least 3-5 years of related experience.
Project management skills, as well as technical writing and reporting in both English and Spanish. Must possess good record keeping skills. Ability to understand technical drawings. Professional Services contract
Compensation is negotiable according to the educational background and experience of the candidate. For a Professional Services contract it is required to have a Merchants Registration from Depto. de Hacienda de PR (SURI) and a Certification of Insurance Policy with Corporación del Fondo del Seguro del Estado (FSE). Contracts are extended depending on our client's needs.

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
