Ea, Private Equity – Hybrid

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000

Do you enjoy building strong working relationships across all levels?
A West End based Private Equity firm, going through an exciting period of growth and continued success, is now looking for a resourceful EA to support MDs and a small team.
You'll be fully immersed from day one and will become pivotal in their continued success.
What you'll be doing day to day:Extensive diary management, working across an array of time zones, frequently handling schedule conflicts.Coordinating client meetings/VCs.Handling complex international travel arrangements, creating itineraries.Completing expense reports in multiple currencies.Ad hoc projects and events.Building relationships with the portfolio companies and the internal/external EA network/team.The skills you need to bring:Previous EA/PA experience gained ideally in Financial Services firm, Private Equity advantageous.Experience of working in a boutique or start-up advantageous.Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.Effective client-builder, strong interpersonal skills.Euro languages a plus!+ bonus
