Education And Events Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and organized Education and Events Assistant to support the planning, logistics, and execution of educational activities and events.
We're looking for someone to help our team with:
Key Responsibilities:
•Answer phone and provide basic registration guidance.•Assist in organizing continuing education activities.•Support in setting up event spaces and ensuring technical equipment is ready and working.•During workshops, ensure the event runs according to plan.
Requirements:
•Bachelor's Degree, completed or in progress, in Business Administration.•2 years of experience in similar responsibilities.• Fully bilingual, in English and Spanish.•Availability to work after 5:00 PM and on weekends, for some events.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.50 - $11.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
