Position Overview: The EHS Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive environmental, health, and safety programs in compliance with OSHA and MSHA regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction safety and a proven track record in driving a culture of safety excellence.
This role requires 20% travel time across Puerto Rico to ensure safety protocols are upheld at all job sites.

Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs in compliance with OSHA, MSHA, and local regulations.
Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments at various construction sites across the island.
Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
Provide EHS training to employees and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to ensure safe work practices are followed.
Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
Stay current with industry best practices and regulatory changes to ensure company-wide compliance.
Manage EHS documentation, including safety manuals, procedures, and training records.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in EHS management within the construction industry.
In-depth knowledge of OSHA and MSHA regulations.
Experience in creating, implementing, and maintaining EHS programs.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence a culture of safety.
Ability to travel 20% of the time across Puerto Rico.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
