Position Responsibilites:
- Leading project teams in developing technical design statements of work and rough cost estimates for electrical projects, ensuring building and equipment safety.
- Reviewing electrical design drawings for compliance with customer requirements, Companys standards, building codes, and regulations.
- Troubleshooting building electrical issues and addressing trouble calls with the Maintenance Team.
- Ensuring accuracy of drawing archives by reviewing contractor redlines and documenting construction changes.
- Coordinating the production or procurement of detailed
- Forecast, monitor and report site utilities consumption.
- Maintain infrastructure systems to ensure reliable and efficient operation of utility systems.
- Develop and implement conservation projects that meet established business case guidelines.
- Develop and support employee conservation awareness programs.

- Prepare contingency plans in coordination with other organizations, for possible utilities interruptions.
- Coordinate conservation programs across the enterprise.
- Compile and report Company utility consumption.
- Establish enterprise Policies, Procedures, and guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience
-Bachelors degree or higher in accredited course of study in electrical engineering
-Experience using AutoCAD, Revit or similar Computer Aid Design package
-5+years of experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications (e.g., blueprint/schematic reading, specification, change, design)
Candidates shall:
-Design experience in the electrical engineering field involving, industrial, military and commercial power, lighting and control systems is required.
-Strong knowledge of electrical upgrade and project management of power distribution and lighting system, including short circuit, load flow, voltage drop studies, protective device coordination and arc flash analysis is required for this position.
-Provide technical expertise and advice on current system capacities and capabilities, impact on systems due to planned and contemplated modifications, and development of back up operational plans for expected and unexpected systems outages or failures.
-Recommend system upgrades, and replacements including costs factors, design, savings, and efficiencies. Responsible for the design, operation and maintenance of on-site generators, UPS systems, Energy Management systems, fire alarm systems, public address system and security systems.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Bachelors degree or higher in ABET accredited course of study in engineering or engineering technology
- 7+ years of experience with building and safety codes
-7+ years of experience leading cross functional engineering teams
-7+ years of experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project
-Experience in an engineering, facilities and/or maintenance role in a manufacturing environment
