Position Summary: Under the general direction of the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) and Human Resources, the Employee Health Nurse endeavors to promote health and safety to all employees by promoting a healthy working environment. Responsible for managing Employee Health activities throughout the two facilities. Maintains and updates all employee health records as required by state and federal regulations. Plans, implements, and coordinates activities related to Workers' Compensation. Will assist the Infection Control Nurse as needed. Flexibility to travel and work across the AZ market as needed. Other duties as assigned.Requirements:Licensed RN in the State of ArizonaAssociates degree in nursingACLSBLS3+ years experience Preferred:Bachelor's Degree3-5 years of experience The ideal candidate will possess the following:Leadership skills to include management of human, fiscal and capital resources. Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.Ability to gather, assess and analyze data from various sources to develop quality improvement initiatives.
