Engineer Or Architect

o Perform peer review of deliverables related to design, permitting, cost estimate and environmental compliance documentation for all projects under CDBG-DR program.
o Validate construction cost estimates and schedules for all projects under CDBG-DR program.
o Formulates and reviews project feasibility studies, determines costs, and ensures that work standards, schedules, policies, purposes, and goals are communicated to subordinates and subcontractors for the performance of work.
Requisitos:
o Must have a bachelor's degree or higher education in an engineering or architecture field.
o Must be a License Professional Engineer or Registered Architect for the last ten (10) years in Puerto Rico.
o Must have at least two (2) years of previous experience in comparable federally funded programs withing the last five (5) years
