Engineering/Maintenance Manager

Our Client within the Hospitality industry is currently in the lookout for an Engineering & Maintenance Manager to oversee all aspects of maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of maintenance technicians and ensuring the smooth operation of all mechanical systems.
Duties
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures to maximize efficiency
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify issues
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs
- Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Skills
- Leadership abilities to effectively manage a team
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment
- Familiarity with low voltage systems and schematics
- Proficiency in HVAC systems maintenance
- Experience in industrial maintenance practices
- Ability to use an ohmmeter for electrical testing
- Strong supervisory skills to oversee maintenance staff
- Knowledge of high voltage systems for safety protocols
