The Enrollment and Family Services Coordinator at LIFE Trusts plays a vital role in ensuring that families are effectively engaged and supported throughout the enrollment process. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for families inquiring about enrollment in LIFE Trusts programs. Guide families through the enrollment process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and promptly. Maintain organized records of all family interactions and enrollment documents. Develop and implement family engagement strategies to foster strong relationships between families and the organization. Provide support and resources to families throughout their enrollment journey. Conduct informational sessions and workshops to educate families about program offerings. Collaborate with program staff to address family concerns and improve services. Stay updated on relevant policies and community resources to better assist families. Requirements High School Diploma Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
