Enrollment Representative (Healthcare)

As an Enrollment Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring veterans, rehabilitative, and disabled individuals receive the support they need by managing enrollment processes with care and precision. You'll be part of a team where your keen eye for detail and love for people come together to make a real impact!
What You'll Do: Be the go-to person for new and existing client enrollments, expertly managing inbound and outbound communication, both through calls and emails.Handle a high volume of calls with ease, helping clients and stakeholders complete new files or update their current ones.Work closely with various stakeholders to ensure smooth enrollment processes, resolving issues efficiently.Master multiple databases to register customers with speed and accuracy.Keep everything organized! You'll handle confidential documents, sort, retrieve, and maintain a complex filing system like a pro.Use your sharp problem-solving skills to research and resolve customer inquiries, ensuring no issue is left unsolved.Collaborate with families and state representatives to ensure every detail is squared away.Share your ideas! What You'll Bring: A minimum of 2 years of experience in medical enrollment, particularly with Medicare, Medicaid, and AHCCCS.Strong communication skills—you can handle a high volume of calls and inquiries with professionalism and care.A passion for accuracy and organization, with the ability to manage multiple demands while maintaining high standards.Tech-savvy—you're proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and can handle dual monitors and multiple applications with ease.A high school diploma required. Bachelors degree preferred. This position is ONSITE
