The Enrollment Services Administrator (ESA! ) is responsible for administration of key academic and enrollment processes for Boston University Study Abroad (BUSA). Under the direction of the Associate Director, Enrollment Services, the ESA coordinates information and completes projects in the following areas: registration, grading and student compliance, student accounting, student health insurance waivers. In addition, the position serves as back-up to the Program Coordinator position.
Essential Functions:
Registration, and Grading: Review, edit and process registration spreadsheets from Study Abroad sites, assist with grading, registration of students via the Enrollment Workflow. Work with the University Registrar's office to register students into courses, audit registration/grade changes/missing grades. Communicate transcript process with visiting students, complete attendance verification and other related projects as assigned. (30%)
Billing: Process all student account debit and credits: housing damages, single room fees, non-program housing credits, London activity fees, flight credits, etc. Review and complete all consortium agreements submitted by non-BU students. Create program budget sheets. Manage BU SHIP waiver process, distribute lists of program dates and program costs to University offices. Create non-BU administrative one-sheets each semester, tailored to each partner institution. Audit student accounts for outstanding balances and track settlement. (25%)
Additional Enrollment Support: Audit student compliance and communicate outstanding compliance issues with students, DUO Mobile/Login troubleshooting, compile and send enrollment lists to ISSO, Office of Housing and other University offices as needed, manage off-campus housing request process: track requests, communicate with on-site staff and relay decisions to students, assist Exchanges Program Manager with administrative tasks. (25%)
Main back-up to Program Coordinators, to include Front Desk Coverage and assistance with processing when needed. Participate in General Advising, participate in student info sessions and office wide events as needed. (20%)
Required Skills

Bachelor's Degree
Three plus years of experience, preferably in a university or customer service setting.
Excellent organization skills, highly attentive to detail

Ability to handle sensitive student information with discretion
Advanced computer skills; experience with Excel, FileMakerPro and web-based admissions software a plus
