We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for providing personalized fitness training and guidance to clients, helping them achieve their health and fitness goals. Responsibilities
- Conduct fitness assessments and consultations to determine clients' goals, fitness levels, and any limitations or medical conditions
- Develop customized training programs tailored to clients' individual needs and goals
- Instruct and demonstrate proper exercise techniques to ensure safety and effectiveness
- Motivate and support clients throughout their fitness journey, providing ongoing guidance and accountability
- Monitor clients' progress, track measurements, and adjust training programs as needed
- Provide education on nutrition, lifestyle changes, and other factors that contribute to overall health and wellness
- Maintain a clean and organized training area
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends, research, and industry developments
Qualifications
- Certification as a Personal Trainer from a recognized organization
- Proven experience working as a Personal Trainer, preferably in a gym or fitness center setting
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, exercise science, and nutrition principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients of all fitness levels
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to adapt training programs to accommodate clients' individual needs or limitations

Pay: $10.50 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 36 per week
