We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Associate to join our manufacturing facility in Golden, CO. As a Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in buffing, finishing, and sharpening blades. Your attention to detail and ability to work with various materials will contribute to the quality of our products.
Responsibilities: Buffing, Polishing, and Deburring: Perform various steps, including buffing, polishing, deburring, sanding, reaming, and sharpening. Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret manufacturing blueprints to ensure accurate execution of tasks. Tool Operation: Comfortably operate basic hand and power tools. Experience: Minimum 6+ months of manufacturing or production experience preferred. Parts Finishing: Contribute to the final touches on products made from different steels and materials. Work Environment: Join our large and growing manufacturing environment. PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is required: Safety glasses and gloves are provided.
