Entry Level Business Management Responsibilities: Contribute to outreach initiatives and promote home improvement services to potential customers by directly engaging with members in a retail setting. Support customers by providing information about renovation prerequisites, processes, and available services. Review and verify customer eligibility based on specific criteria and design interest they have Ensure customers are input into our system correctly and the required supporting materials are provided. Adhere to compliance protocol and maintain professionalism at all times. Collaborate with the Entry Level Business Management team to evaluate the efficiency of services and recommend enhancements as needed. Entry Level Business Management Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous background in sales, retail setting, or a customer-facing role. Confident in engaging directly with community members and effectively presenting information to potential customers. Passionate about helping others and eager to make a difference in the community. Comfortable working independently or as part of a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including evenings and weekends.
