We are excited to announce the opening of our new Technology headquarters in Mesa, Arizona in 2025. This expansion reflects our commitment to growth and innovation in the climate solutions industry. As part of this expansion in the US, XNRGY is seeking a qualified and experienced HSE Manager to join its team. Reporting to the Arizona Site Leader, The HSE Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining health, safety, and environmental programs and policies that ensure the safety of our team and compliance with regulatory requirements. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to risk management. An overview of your responsibilities: Safety Leadership: Foster a proactive approach where leadership prioritizes the health and safety of employees, stakeholders, and the environment, creating an atmosphere where safety is integrated into everyday practices and decision-making.System and Program Development: Develop, implement, and maintain our HSE System along with policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.Training and Education: Develop and implement our HSE learning and development program for all employees. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with production, engineering, and HR departments to promote a culture of safety and health throughout the organization.Risk Assessment: Perform risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.Performance Metrics: Track and analyze HSE performance metrics and prepare reports for management to drive continuous improvement.Incident Investigation: Lead investigations of workplace accidents, incidents, and near misses; analyze root causes and implement corrective measures.Compliance Monitoring: Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, and maintain necessary documentation and reporting.Emergency Response Planning: Develop and oversee emergency response plans and conduct drills to ensure employee preparedness for emergencies.Sustainability Initiatives: Promote and implement environmental sustainability initiatives within the manufacturing process.Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in HSE management. What you'll need, among other things! Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in the manufacturing or HVAC industry.Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, environmental laws, and safety standards.Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HSE programs.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to lead and influence a diverse workforce.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Certification (e.g., CSP) is a plus.
