GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for facilitating and monitoring regulatory reporting compliance required by regulatory agencies. Compiles and analyzes regulatory reports following reporting requirements and provides information to stakeholders to ensure compliance with key regulatory reporting requirements.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Monitors reporting requirements of regulatory agencies such as CMS, ASES, and OCS.
Compiles all contractual regulatory reporting requirements and develops educational material for the areas responsible for generating these reports
Assists in maintaining the annual/monthly calendar of regulatory reports to be filed by the organization.
Develops all regulatory or contractual agency reporting requirements in Compliance 360 and monitors them until fully completed. Reports to management on the progress of the reports.
Collects and analyzes regulatory reports and ensures that the reports are reviewed in compliance with reporting requirements and within the required timelines to meet regulatory or petitioning agency reporting deadlines.
Participates in meetings with impacted areas to ensure understanding of reporting requirements and review results. Provides recommendations for correcting regulatory reports and shares suggestions to prevent recurrence and non-compliance of regulatory report submissions.
Collaborates in audits and/or monitoring of regulatory agencies concerning reporting requirements and/or regulatory reports.
Collaborates in maintaining the reporting requirements calendar and provides weekly projections and monthly reporting inventory to management with the filing status of individual reports.
Complies consistently with Company standards, policies, and procedures, in conjunction with local and federal laws applicable to our Industry, business, and employment practices.
May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned, in accordance with the education and experience requirements contained in this document.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, or Public Health.
Experience:
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in monitoring, auditing, and/or reporting.
Certifications / Licenses:
N/A.
