Surock Masonry Surock Masonry is a locally owned, full scope masonry, stucco and EIFS installation company with branches located in Magnolia, TX. We specialize in Stucco, EIFs, Cast Stone, Brick, Thin Brick, CMU, Stone, Thin Stone and some rain screen systems(Nichiha, Newtech Wood, Knot Wood, Alumaboard etc). We perform demo and remediation work within our scopes when required.
Surock Masonry has experience in the school, banking, dealership, restaurant, upscale car wash, day care, learning center, MOB, veterinary and retail arenas.
Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimator at Surock Masonry in Magnolia, TX. The Estimator will be responsible for analyzing blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, quotes, change orders and labor estimates for projects. They will also collaborate with internal team and customers to ensure accurate and competitive bids. We have medical insurance, paid vacation & work half days on Friday.
Qualifications 3-5 Year experience in masonry estimating Proficiency in construction estimating software Strong analytical and mathematical skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Attention to detail and organizational skills Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations Experience in the construction industry Bachelor's degree in Construction is a plus but not requirement
