Description

We are actively seeking a seasoned, highly organized, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive administrative support. This position presents an exceptional opportunity to contribute to the seamless functioning of our office while assisting managers and staff with a diverse array of administrative tasks.

Requirements

- Execute a broad spectrum of departmental tasks and projects, including the handling of confidential assignments.

- Welcome customers/patients, respond to inquiries, and cultivate a warm and inviting environment.

- Exhibit courteous and professional communication through phone, email, and mail correspondence.

- Develop and manage spreadsheets, databases, and presentations.

- Supervise office supplies and coordinate the maintenance of office equipment.

- Monitor licenses, oversee renewals, process new applications and handle insurance provider credentialing.

- Ensure compliance training is up-to-date and maintain accurate records.

- Schedule and coordinate staff, organize and manage lunches and meetings effectively.

- Oversee compliance with federal regulations and actively contribute to the compliance program.

- Coordinate the maintenance of contractors for building maintenance

Requirements and Skills:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

- Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills.

- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe, Google Office Suite, and Zoom.

- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.

- Knowledge of various office equipment, including printers and fax machines.

- Proof of vaccination is required for consideration. Core Values:
