Job Description: Duties: Manage meetings across several time zones. Take meeting actions and follow-up with stakeholders to ensure completion of tasks is timely. Preferred Skill: Previous experience supporting a DVP, EVP, etc. List Top 3-5 skills: Ability to multi-task. Proactive and able to identify upcoming issues and plan accordingly. Attention to detail. Ability to consolidate & edit PowerPoint presentations. Years of experience required: Min. 5 years supporting a senior exec like Division Vice President or Exec Vice President level leader

Required education level/certifications: Bachelors.

Pay Range : $40/hr - $42/hr
