Executive Assistant to C-Suite – Prestigious Private Equity Firm Our client, a prestigious private equity firm in Santa Monica, is seeking a self-starting Executive Assistant to support a C-Suite Executive. The ideal candidate will have experience providing high-level administrative support, exceptional multitasking skills, the ability to anticipate needs ahead of time, and the highest sense of discretion. Additionally, the successful candidate must be adaptable and proactive, capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The role is onsite daily in Santa Monica.
Responsibilities Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings efficiently.Serve as the gatekeeper for phone calls and email inboxes.Book travel arrangements and prepare detailed travel itineraries.Prepare and submit comprehensive expense reports.Handle special projects as required. About the Candidate: Experience supporting a C-Suite executive.Mastery of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel etc.)Demonstrated success in juggling multiple projects and meeting strict deadlines.Sophisticated communicator with exceptional writing skills.Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to maintain the highest level of discretion.Aptitude for independent judgment.Adaptable, motivated, and proactive work ethic.Exhibit strong attention to detail.
