Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' relevant experience, with at least 4 years in a B2B technology setting, and a proven track record of hiring, mentoring, and retaining top creative talent. The role requires an expert in the Adobe Creative Suite, with high proficiency in interactive and web design, and a fundamental understanding of UX best practices. The ideal candidate will have a portfolio that demonstrates strategic thinking, design excellence, and versatility in complex B2B marketing applications. They should be adept at managing a creative budget, be highly operational, and able to deliver high-quality projects with minimal oversight. A sound understanding of digital marketing practices and strong communication skills are essential.
