This role is pivotal in ensuring that the company's internal and client-facing teams are equipped with best-in-class technology solutions to support the delivery of services to customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for the leadership of a team that includes business analysts, product managers, and application analysts/administrators, and will be expected to drive process improvements and achieve business goals through technology. People management, business applications strategy, project management, and corporate data integrations are key aspects of the position.

Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience, with a minimum of 10 years in technology, project management, or related leadership roles. The role requires a proven track record of business-technology alignment, experience in leading teams for data integrations and reporting, and the ability to manage multiple business applications and system configurations. Excellent communication skills, a service and solutions mindset, and the ability to inspire others to use technology innovatively are essential. While not mandatory, clinical research or healthcare experience, as well as exposure to CRM/ERP systems, is preferred. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who is passionate about customer service, digital transformation, and technology innovation.
