This role is pivotal in driving the growth of the SAT Suite of assessments, which are now fully digital, and presenting their mission and benefits to a wide range of stakeholders in the education industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for refining the market and sales strategy, designing and implementing plans to secure new partnerships, leading the RFP process, and ensuring that the SAT Suite's messaging is strategic and aligned with market insights. With a focus on the K-12 market, the role requires a deep understanding of the assessment landscape, trends, and technology platforms, as well as a passion for supporting educational and career opportunities for students.
Applicants should have over ten years of sales experience, particularly in K-12 assessments and/or EdTech, and a proven track record of leading and managing diverse sales teams. The role demands a strong ability to develop winning sales strategies, manage complex sales situations, and effectively communicate with professionals in the education industry. The Executive Director will also be expected to travel domestically and work closely with the Communications team to refine strategic messaging.
