The successful candidate will be instrumental in upholding the security of the company's digital infrastructure, with a focus on directory services, identity and access operations, and network and infrastructure operations. This pivotal role demands a strategic and multifaceted approach to security, including the development and execution of a comprehensive security platform strategy that aligns with industry best practices. The Executive Director will also be responsible for leading a team of security professionals, monitoring security trends, and driving compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Applicants must bring at least 10 years' of experience in leading a security organization, a Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity or information systems, and a strong background in security operations leadership, preferably in a healthcare or highly regulated industry. Proficiency in directory services, identity and access management, and network and infrastructure operations is essential, as is a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, the threat landscape, and risk management frameworks. The role requires excellent communication, stakeholder management skills, and relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCNP are preferred. The successful candidate will be a proactive leader, capable of fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the security team.
